This is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Licensee") and HiveTechs Collective LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") for the use of Hive Consensus software and related services (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

This Software is protected by United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and international treaty provisions, including the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by HiveTechs Collective LLC.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to payment of applicable subscription fees and Your compliance with all terms of this License, Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for Your personal or internal business purposes on devices You own or control.

This license does not grant You any ownership rights to the Software. You receive only the right to use the Software in accordance with these terms.

RESTRICTIONS

Without Company's prior written consent, You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based on, or otherwise alter the Software or any portion thereof;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, data structures, or any other non-public aspects of the Software;
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise provide access to the Software to any third party;
Remove, modify, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Software;
Use the Software to develop, market, distribute, or commercialize any competing or substantially similar products or services;
Publicly disseminate performance information, benchmark results, or comparative analyses of the Software without prior written approval;
Continue to use the Software after Your subscription has terminated, expired, or been suspended for any reason;
Access the Software through automated means (robots, scrapers, scripts) except as expressly permitted by the Software's intended functionality;
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, license validation mechanisms, or usage restrictions of the Software;
Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or this License.
