What happens when I reach my conversation limit?
We have daily conversation limits. When you reach your daily limit, it resets the next day. You can also purchase additional conversation credits that never expire to supplement your daily allowance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Do unused conversations roll over?
Daily limits reset each day and don't roll over. However, purchased conversation credits never expire and can be used anytime to supplement your daily allowance.
What counts as a conversation?
Each request to our multi-model consensus pipeline counts as one conversation, regardless of the response length or complexity. All tiers get access to the same models and features - only the conversation limits differ.
Is there a refund policy?

How do I cancel my subscription?
