What is HiveTechs CLI?

HiveTechs CLI is a conversational AI chat interface that runs in your terminal. Like Claude Code or DROID, you have a natural back-and-forth conversation with an AI that can understand and modify your codebase.

The difference? You choose the model. With access to every model on OpenRouter, you can use Anthropic for complex reasoning, OpenAI for creative solutions, Google for speed, or any of 340+ other models — and switch between them mid-conversation.

Powered by your OpenRouter API key (the same key used by Consensus), you get immediate access to new models the moment they launch.
